Refund policy

If you feel your item is damaged or faulty or needs to be returned/exchanged, please contact our customer service at [email protected] first. Include images and any relevant information and we’ll get back to you within 3-5 business days.

 

The policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the private nature of our products and our strict health policy, we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear that has been tried on.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Must be stain free and unwashed to be eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returnable items. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Please pay customs duties in advance (DDP), we do not pay import duties on returned items. If you do not, we will not be able to accept any resulting charges and the package may be returned to you.
